Lane Novak's promotion is a ratio-and-teams patch, not a throwaway depth move

Winnipeg moved Canadian linebacker Lane Novak from the practice roster to Smith's active spot. The 2025 fifth-rounder has already dressed for 10 regular-season games and made four special-teams tackles, so the Bombers are using a known ST body to protect the national ratio while Smith sits.
