Winnipeg has no coverage body for the receiving tight end — and Montreal found it

Rookie tight end Rohan Jones, a first-round pick out of Arkansas, ran a corner route and was "totally uncovered" for his first career CFL touchdown — the kind of bust that reads as a personnel gap, not a blown assignment by one DB. Winnipeg's linebacker/SAM room doesn't carry a body who can match a 6-foot-plus SEC tight end in the red zone, and Montreal had already banked 17 points before Winnipeg's first defensive stop. Fixing that requires a roster addition, not a film-room correction.
