Collaros’s 8-9 season is a QB-room transaction bottleneck

Winnipeg’s 35-27 loss to Edmonton dropped the Bombers to 8-9 and ended a nine-year streak of winning regular-season records; they haven’t missed the playoffs since 2015. That makes Zach Collaros—the only QB quoted in the must-win messaging—the central variable in extension/restructure timing and backup-rep allocation, not just a game-week story.
