Calgary's rookie safety and slot coverage were the real pressure points, not just Collaros

Jaydon Grant undercut Ontaria Wilson on the second snap and dropped a likely pick-six. On the next possession, Winnipeg attacked rookie safety Ashton Miller-Melancon with Dorian Singer's deep corner for 52 yards, then hit Wilson for an 18-yard touchdown between two defenders. The Bombers didn't just beat Calgary deep; they targeted the least experienced safety and forced contested-catch wins.
