Harvey Jr., who posted 101 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 14 pass knockdowns, four interceptions, and two sacks in 45 collegiate games at USC, Virginia Tech, and San Jose State. That 9.5 TFL and 2-sack production from a 5'10", 189-pound defensive back signals a nickel/dime blitzer role, not a pure cover corner. Media will call it practice-roster filler; the numbers say he's a pressure package piece.
