Collaros' six-game IL is a cap and evaluation window

Zach Collaros was moved to the six-game injured list this week, and Dru Brown made his fifth start in a 30-28 loss to Toronto. Under CFL cap rules, a six-game IL stint removes his salary from the cap, so Winnipeg can bank savings while evaluating Brown, who threw two early TDs and ran for a six-yard score. That's a rare mid-season cap-and-succession hedge.
