Henry's 2,099-yard college profile is real WR insurance

Winnipeg signed Matt Henry after he produced 64 catches for 1,211 yards (18.9 avg) at Western Illinois in 2024 and 55 for 888 (16.1) at Western Kentucky in 2025—119 catches, 2,099 yards, and 12 touchdowns in 25 games. That is not a typical practice-roster flier, especially with Nic Demski (ankle) not practicing. The Bombers also added Global OL Nouredin Nouili (Montreal practice roster 2024-25) and Global DE Thiadric Hansen, a CFL veteran, hedging ratio depth.
