Brady Oliveira’s usage is up, but his receiving-based offensive value is shrinking

Oliveira leads the CFL in rushing yards and carries, yet his receiving pace has dropped from a career-best 61 catches a year ago to 45 — while his carries jumped from 24 to 33 over the last two games. More telling: Winnipeg’s record in his 100-yard rushing games has flipped from 16-1 from 2021-24 to 3-4 over the last two seasons, so his workload is no longer converting into wins at the same cost-efficiency.
